They are very knowledgeable. Good people to work with. I buy all my milwaukee battery operated tools from them. I've been to other stores in the area and asked questions, and nobody can answer the questions you go in there. And you ask em, and they know, or they will find out!
Top notch establishment. Amazing service, excellent selection and if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you. These guys deserve all your tool money.
I love the store so much! It has the best tools you could ask for for whatever serious construction job you might be undertaking. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you go here for all your construction tool needs!
Always get the help I need when looking for Milwaukee items cool dudes 👌 great service.
The fellas that run this store are seriously some of the best people you’ll ever meet. These guys LOVE selling tools! Every time I’ve walked in this store, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. 10/10 would recommend
Very knowledgeable they are.
They have everything you need and the clearance rack is phenomenal.
Always helpful and great stock of tools and accessories
Found what I needed at a fair price. Didn't see the need to drive all over town looking for some drill bits with them just around the corner.
Staff is super friendly. Always have great deals. Only problem is you will always walk out with more than you planned.
Helpful staff. Good selections.
Great staff excellent prices and high quality tools.
I like tools, A Lot...Specially using them. Searching for the best deals can be overwhelming, even making me nervous about the purchase. My big concerns are price of coarse, warranty, and variety of options. I recently moved to this area last year, and just recently found Fasteners Inc, this was a very positive experience. The variety of tools is incredible, the prices are unbeatable, warranty is no concern, I can walk. Feeling overwhelmed with questions about promotions and specifics on tools, Terrence Pirritano with no hesitation had the answers with full confidence. Finally found a tool store I can trust, Home Depot, Amazon, and other various places don't even compare. I look forward to leaving more money with you all, thank you.
My toy store, they quality tools.
Great selection, great staff, great products and great deals. Love that store
Terrence waiting to give u the best deal the best service in south oregon ! Thx god
Awesome team down there. I was told that killing time there was to be relayed as visiting the man's salon. I couldn't agree more. They have every major brand and tool you could ever want. If I stayed there any longer, I would be endangered with tool diabetes.
Amazing staff who care about your pockets an not the stores! my new favorite spot for tools
AWESOME SERVICE ALL THE TIME. LOVE THEM DOWN THERE!
Best tools and selection in all of Oregon. Don't forget to go upstairs....
Lots of great sales on stuff we actually use. And the staff is helpful and knows what they have. They have a lot of variety and get different product in each week. Worth stopping by just to see what new!
They are the best I continue from Northern California to southern Oregon to always use them. They are polite, professional very helpful and willing wonderful day.
I got my bags here, really nice people answered all my questions. If you have any questions just ask they're happy to help.
Nice People. LOTS OF HELP and high quality TOOLS 🔧 👌
I was sad to see Medford tools close up shop; but it has been a real pleasure working with the new crew at Fasteners Inc. They are carrying a large assortment of tools and have been extremely helpful in getting the items we needed. They have alerted me to promotional savings avalibe and helped me get the best value on tools when we needed it.
great place
Great place to find that Unique tool you are looking for. And you can usually find a good deal on something else as well
Excellent service! Good inventory of tools for carpenters and construction. I can never leave there without buying something off their clearance table which they keep stocked well.
The owner is extremely knowledgeable and will freely share his skill with anyone who asks for help with a project, whether you buy something or not. Small but good selection of tools, lots of sandpaper, and of course fasteners. I will shop here as often as I can, I want this business to thrive. At the Home Depot and Lowes nobody there knows anything.
Awesome place
Great service and friendly guys. Will return to browse and probably spend $$$that I shouldn't, 😆
