The ALL PRIME™, ALL PAINT™, ALLPRO™ Water Repellent and Sealer line of primers and specialty coatings are a proprietary line of ZINSSER®, XIM & Seal Krete brand products manufactured by Rust-Oleum for exclusive distribution and sale by All Pro member paint retailers. These products use the same formulas as their Zinsser, XIM & Seal Krete national branded counter-part products. As such, both ALL PRIME/ALL PAINT and the Zinsser, XIM & Seal Krete national brands share the identical MSDS and SDS.
